HC Staffing Professionals was founded by Eric Hoagberg. 

Eric began his career in 1987 while working on a sales team with RJR Nabisco Brands. He worked for Nabisco while attending Northeastern Illinois University. Graduating with a B.A.degree in 1990 he joined Johnson and Johnson as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep. He continued his career in sales for 9 years working for J&J, Shirer Pharmaceuticals, and Comdisco. While working at Comdisco he sold technical hardware & software for corporations.

In 1999 he decided to make a career change and was accepted to Loyola University Chicago, Graduate School of Management. Earned his MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development in 2003.

Eric has worked in large staffing departments for some of the most well known companies: Forsythe Technologies, Hewitt Associates, Discover Financial/Morgan Stanley, Rust-Oleum, Citigroup/Citicards, Fidelity Investments, IBM, and Sensus Metering Systems.

He has recruited for some of the most complex difficult skillsets ranging from IT, Analytics, Risk, Decision Management, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering.

Currently he works as a dedicated Staffing Consultant for Sensus-Conservation Solutions. He recruits nationally with a focus on IT, Analytic, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
